We loved the convenient location of this hostel, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and various restaurants. The hostel was very clean and the Wi-Fi worked well on all floors. The staff was incredibly helpful, organizing sightseeing trips for us. The breakfast served was excellent and we found the laundry service to be inexpensive and convenient. Despite a few minor inconveniences like limited hot water and a bit of noise from construction nearby, overall I would recommend this hostel for a great stay in Quito.

The hotel is very conveniently situated close to the airport and the city center. The staff has been extremely helpful and nice. The taxi driver did pick us up at the airport on time. The room is big and large. The beds are conformable. The internet access is good. I would recommend this hotel.

The Traveller's Inn is located within a 20 minute ride to the airport. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are accomodating, but not luxurious. There is not heat of any kind, so it can get rather cold at night. But there is a great breakfast included in the price of the hotel. There is also free wifi and two computers in the downstairs 'rec room" for the guests to use. They will store your luggage for you and only charge a minimal fee to do so, if you are going on a tour or if, like so many of the guests do, you are planning to hike in the mountains for any amount of time. The entrance into the hotel has an iron gate so that you are perfectly safe inside. And there are many great restaurants within walking distance.
There is only one thing that I might suggest to the manager of the Travellers Inn, and that is to install a railing along side the steps of the hotel. There are many steps you have to climb in order to reach the wrought iron door..and when it is wet, you must be careful that you don't slip and fall. And too, because I am older and have problems climbing a lot of stairs, I need to hold onto someone to make it up safely.

This hotel is a hidden gem in terms of value for money. The prices are incredibly affordable, especially considering the excellent service and attention to detail provided by the staff. The location is perfect, with easy access to the tram system and close proximity to everything you might need during your stay. Additionally, the rooms are comfortable and clean, whether you choose a room with a shared or private bathroom. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, which offers a variety of options except for the terrible coffee.
All was great, nothing to improve!

You presented a solution to the problem.
It is unacceptable to have booked 3 rooms and upon arrival the rooms were not available.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The first thing that impressed me was the excellent service provided by the staff. They greeted me warmly upon my early morning arrival, allowing me to check in right away and even providing a delicious breakfast to satisfy my hunger. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom was well-maintained and had hot water, although it could be a bit tricky to adjust at times. Additionally, I was pleased with the reliable wifi connection and the fantastic kitchen facilities available for guests to use. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service!
No improvements needed – everything was perfect!

Close to airport - 15 minute shuttle. Arranged shuttle to meet me with sign in terminal. Fast, efficient - a little costly though. Neighborhood of hotel didn't look too great, but inside walls and locked gates. Room clean and bed comfortable
Needs a little refurbishing, paint, etc. But otherwise comfortable and clean

I had a great Christmas vacation at this hostel. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The hostel is conveniently located near bus lines, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, it's close to an entertainment hub, where we found lots of free live music and a huge celebration on New Year's Eve. The security at the hostel was excellent, giving me peace of mind during my stay.
The internet connection wasn't the best and could only be accessed in the lobby area. , the private bathroom rooms were quite expensive and not ideal for travelers on a budget.

It was in a very nice area but a little bit far from the town centre but near from the night life. It was not luxury but it was nice and clean.

Really lovely and helpful staff who speak English. They are small enough to know everyone and take care and pride looking after guests. Beds comfortable and have a couple of 4 bed rooms ideal for family. Guest lounge with movies and reasonable priced drinks and movies. You can use a kitchen to prepare dinner. Wifi OK in rooms although connection drops sometimes. We booked Spanish classes there as well. Very close to Mariscal and restaurants. Good security with 2 sets of locked gates! Liked meeting lots of other international travellers who like us read reviews and search out nice places.
Our shower in Room 201 probably needs a new thermostatic valve/control as jumped between too hot/cold if toilet flushed but manageable. Would upgrade WiFi to be stronger signal in all rooms and a faster connection as everyone uses it with phones, laptops etc.

Friendly staff and cozy rooms. the breakfast was really good with different options every day. the location was central and close to many restaurants. the hotel even arranged a shuttle service to the airport for a reasonable price. the rooms were safe and secure, and the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations.
The shower temperature was unpredictable, and sometimes the water pressure was low. the street outside could be noisy at night, but the windows were soundproof and helped to minimize the noise.

I arranged an airport pickup since I was traveling with small children and our flight was going to arrive at 11:00 pm. I received an email from the hotel a few days before we were to arrive confirming the pickup and assuring me that they would be there. When we arrived, there was no one there. We waited an hour and then called the hotel. We obviously woke up the person who answered the phone. He assured us that there would be someone there in fifteen minutes. We waited another half an hour and no one came. At this point, my family had been standing outside the Quito airport in the middle of the night for an hour and a half. So, we got in a cab and got ourselves to the hotel. When we arrived, there was no appology and in fact it was clear that there had been no intention to ever come and get us. I would not trust an airport pickup from this hotel!

The price, value for money. Good location.
I asked for a wake up call to get to the airport for a flight but I never got one. Thank goodness I woke up, although 15 min. Later than the time I needed to be up. Luckily I didn't miss my flight.
